Mawilyaburna - Clay & Ochre Scrub
Our Mawilyaburna Clay and Ochre Scrub is the epitome of a natural body exfoliating scrub that starts its journey when Mawilyaburna (Liniment Tree) leaves are collected by hand from our Groote Eylandt wetlands.
The leaves, combined with the crushed bark, seeds and flowers of the Liniment Tree and mineral-rich kaolin clay, build upon an oatmeal soap base, which is then mixed with Groote Eylandt ochres to give the Mawilyaburna Clay and Ochre Scrub its warm colouring.

I bought 5 different products. I tried the Merrika scrub and Marra soap both were really good. The scrub was soothing and didn't dry out or inflame my skin. The soap left my skin feeling really healthy. I have sensitive skin and can recommend both products. I haven't tried the others yet. The packaging is thoughtful and the parcel arrived promptly. Purchases support the local community. These make beautiful gifts so I'll be buying more in the future.
Leaves you feeling clean and scrubbed without over drying. Presented beautifully in the package with my other products, you open the box and instantly know there are devine natural goodies waiting for you below the wrapping.
My sister in law got me started on your Products. Since then I have repurchased and continue loving your products. For someone who suffers severe insomnia I’m not sure if it’s coincidence but I’m actually getting a few hours sleep instead of constant tossing and turning since using the sleep balm
Left my skin feeling so soft! I love this product!
I purchased some clay and ochre scrub, various soaps and Bush Blossom Body Butter as presents. I also treated myself to a body butter. I haven’t used the soap or scrub but if they are anything like the body butter then they will be very well received. The body butter has a divine feel and scent, very fresh. Thanks Bush Medijina!
