Meet Our New Team Leader

Welcome to the team Jasmine Hastings!

"I am an Indigenous Ngarndi woman from Ngukurr Roper River region. I have always been very passionate about helping our people through any means possible....My goal is to empower as many women as possible through, training, education, up-skilling them and two-way sharing of knowledge and of course I have my own unique mentoring style. I believe we need to create the perfect working relationship and flexible workplace as this will present an opportunity for our people to Rise Up and have a go. A very wise colleague once said to me “us non-Indigenous people need to lead from the side and from behind giving you the opportunity to Rise Up and take charge. You tell us what needs to be done not the other way around”
